Trust Me

Along with the message of exile, there is the promise of a new day: the storm will pass. Amid the bad news, God offers a word of comfort and hope. Exile is coming, but so is rescue. God will prevail over the enemy bringing with Him salvation. The prophet seeks to prepare God’s people for His arrival that they might receive what He will do through a new exodus as He tends His flock.
